Refunds & Returns
We want you to love what you sleep with.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@yumefeel.com.
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Certain custom or intimate bedding items may not qualify for hygiene reasons — we’ll always let you know before checkout.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
If your order arrived damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right immediately.
