What exactly is in the box?

One PureFlow Duvet Heaven cloud duvet and one matching cotton duvet cover in the same size, packed together. Nothing else to buy.

Which size should I choose?

Queen is 87" × 87" (220 × 220 cm) and fits queen and full beds. King / Cal King is 106" × 98" (270 × 250 cm) and is cut generously so it drapes over both king and California king mattresses.

What is inside the duvet? Will it clump?

A premium down alternative microfiber fill (3D and 7D hollow, siliconized) that feels like real down without feathers. There are no quilt boxes, so the fill settles around your body and springs back. Hidden tack points keep it even, so no bunching and no cold spots.

What is the cover made from? Is it cooling?

The included cover is breathable cotton with a crisp, airy hotel feel. It lets heat escape so hot sleepers stay comfortable, and it is machine washable.

Is it safe for sensitive skin or allergies?

Yes. The materials are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. The fill is feather free and hypoallergenic, a good fit for sensitive sleepers.

Will it work for hot and cold sleepers sharing a bed?

Yes. The breathable shell and airy fill keep temperature more even. If one person runs colder, add a light throw to that side.

How do I care for it?

Machine wash cold on gentle. Tumble dry low with clean dryer balls to restore loft. Skip bleach and fabric softener. Use the corner loops to secure the duvet inside its cover.

How does it feel compared to down?

Like a light, lofty cloud. You get the coziness of down without the weight, odors or allergens, and it is easier to wash. It is 100% feather free and cruelty free.

How fast will it arrive?

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days with free shipping in the United States. The duvet arrives compressed; give it 24 to 48 hours (or a short tumble dry on low) to reach full loft.
