Shipping

Every set ships free within the United States. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and typically arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch. During launches or promotions, processing may take 3–5 business days.

The duvet ships vacuum-sealed. Allow 24–48 hours after opening, or a short tumble dry on low, for full loft to return.

Returns & refunds

Every set is covered by a 30-day guarantee against products that arrive damaged or defective, counted from the day your order is marked delivered. To claim it, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the issue. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, and we will replace or refund them.

Because bedding is a hygiene product, we cannot accept returns for personal preference such as comfort, size, color or perceived softness. Please check the size guide before ordering. Full terms are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
