Flat or clumpy within 5 years? We fix it free.
The YumeFeel 5 year PureFlow Loft Promise covers our Cloud and Air duvets against flattening, clumping and fill drift. If any of it happens, we restore, refill or replace the duvet free. Most comforter warranties call flattening normal wear and tear. Ours covers it by name.
In our tests, the Cloud keeps 95% of its loft after 30 nights and 90% after 10 home washes, and shrinks 3% or less.

We'd rather you never need the promise at all. The figures above are for the Cloud Duvet, where a hidden support keeps the fill even, corner to corner. Air's lighter fill sits in sewn through boxes, so it stays spread edge to edge.
What's covered

Which duvets does it cover?
Cloud and Air duvets bought from YumeFeel, including the duvet in the Cloud Duvet Set, Air Duvet Set, Cloud Sleep Set and Full Cloud Bed Set.
How long does the promise last?
5 years from the day your duvet is delivered.
What counts as good care?
Keep it in its cover. Wash it cold and gentle. Dry it low with dryer balls. The care label and our care guide show how.
What isn't covered?
Stains, tears, burns and pet damage. Damage from bleach, high heat or dry cleaning. The cover, pillows and sheets, which have our 60 night trial instead.
How does it work with the 60 night trial?
The trial comes first: 60 nights to return or exchange it for any reason. The Loft Promise runs 5 years from delivery.
What about Royal Goose Down?
Royal has its own 5 year warranty. If a seam, a baffle wall or the shell fails, or down leaks through, we repair or replace it at no charge.
