Shipping policy

Free shipping to the US and Canada

Every order ships free to the United States and Canada. Orders ship from Canada and the United States. We dispatch within 2 business days. Transit to the US and Canada usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping to the United Kingdom and Australia

Orders to the United Kingdom and Australia ship for a flat $50 USD, shown before you pay. Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days, then usually take 6 to 10 business days in transit. We do not ship outside these four countries at the moment.

Import taxes and duties

For Canadian orders, we do not collect GST/HST or import duties at checkout. For deliveries to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking your order

  • You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a shipping email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
  • Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or weather.
  • Sets with several pieces may arrive in more than one package. Your shipping email lists every tracking number.

When it arrives

Cloud and Air duvets arrive compressed. Unpack them, shake them out and allow 24 to 48 hours to expand. For pillows and Royal duvets, follow the unpacking and care instructions supplied with the item. Your 60 night trial with free returns and exchanges starts on the day your order is delivered.

Address changes and delivery problems

  • Need to change your shipping address? Email hello@yumefeel.com as soon as possible. We can update it any time before your order leaves the warehouse.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to find it or send a replacement.
  • If your order arrives damaged, email a photo within 60 nights of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Returns

Every order is covered by our 60 night trial with free returns and exchanges, with no restocking fee. See our Refund Policy for how to start a return or exchange.
