Will my head sink in, or sit higher?

That depends on the feel you choose. Soft sits lower and gives more easily; Medium feels fuller, with more lift beneath your head. Both have a smooth cotton shell and filling made without feathers or down.

Should I choose Soft or Medium?

Choose Soft if you naturally reach for a lower pillow with an easy sink. Choose Medium if you prefer more fullness and resistance beneath your head. Compare the two feels and choose the one you like settling into.

Which size will look right across my bed?

Two Queen pillows sit neatly across a Queen bed, while two King pillows suit a King or Cal King. You can also choose the shorter Full pillow if that is the size you prefer sleeping on. Compare pillow sizes.

Am I buying one pillow or a pair, and is a case included?

You are buying one filled Cloud Pillow; the case is separate. Cloud Pillowcases come as a pair, or the Cloud Heaven Sleep Set brings two pillows and two cases together with the duvet and cover.

How do I keep it fresh and fluffy?

Follow the care label: wash cold on gentle with room for the pillow to move freely, then tumble dry low with clean dryer balls until completely dry. Wash a pair together only if both fit comfortably, and skip bleach and fabric softener. Read the care guide.

What if the feel is not right after sleeping on it?

Sleep on it at home for 60 nights from delivery. If the feel is not right, contact us within that time for a return or exchange, with a prepaid return label and no restocking fee. See the trial and exchange details.
