What does a goose down pillow feel like?
Soft down inside a smooth cotton shell, with a choice of how much lift you want beneath your head. Royal uses the same Canadian white goose down as the Royal duvet. Choose Soft, Medium or Firm to make it your kind of comfortable.
How do Soft, Medium and Firm differ?
Soft has the lowest, easiest sink. Medium gives more lift, while Firm is the fullest option. Start with how high you like your head to rest, then ask us if you need help choosing.
How is Royal different from the Cloud Pillow?
Royal is filled with Canadian white goose down and offers Soft, Medium and Firm feels. Cloud uses filling made without down or feathers and comes in Soft or Medium. Choose the filling and feel you want to come home to.
Which size and pillowcase should I choose?
Queen pillows suit a Queen bed; King pillows are wider and suit a King or Cal King. Each order is one filled pillow, with no case included. Our cotton pillowcases come as a pair in matching Queen or King sizes.
Is Royal suitable if I avoid down?
Royal contains goose down. If you need to avoid down, choose a filling without it, such as the Cloud Pillow. Washed down and a downproof shell do not guarantee freedom from allergic reactions.
How do I keep the down full and fresh?
Keep it in a pillowcase and follow the care label. Wash the pillow only when needed, cold and gentle with mild down wash and an extra rinse; tumble dry low with clean dryer balls until completely dry. See the full down care instructions.
Can I change the feel if I choose the wrong one?
Sleep on it at home for 60 nights from delivery. If the feel is not right, contact us within that time for a return or exchange, with a prepaid return label and no restocking fee. See the trial and exchange details.
